Cube Steak Instructions
Slice cube steak into strips. Cut onion and pepper into strips. Saute all 3 in oil. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles. Enjoy!
Cube Steak Instructions:
Mix stuffing mix as directed on package. Spoon stuffing mix on cube steaks, roll up and secure with wooden toothpick. Brown steaks in frying pan. Mix gravy as directed. Pour over browned cube steak roll-ups and simmer for 45 minutes.
NOTE: Use 2 packages of gravy mix when making 8 to 10 roll-ups. Use your choice of stuffing. Enjoy !

In 2 quart saucepan over high heat, heat butter and water to boiling, stir in stuffing mix until well mixed. With spoon, spread about 1/2 cup of mixture evenly on each cubed steak, leaving about 1/2 inch edge on all sides. Starting at short end roll up cubed steaks, jelly-roll style, secure with toothpick.
In 10 inch skillet, over medium heat, brown cubed steaks in oil. Stir in 1 cup of water and gravy mix until sauce is blended. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 30 minutes or until steaks are tender, stirring and turning meat occasionally. Remove toothpicks. Serve gravy over meat rolls. Enjoy!
